About:  Lynda joined Wigan 10 in 2021 welcoming the opportunity to be part of a great team of likeminded photographers.

Hobbies:   After many years in the competitive horse world Lynda took up the more sedate hobbies of photography and painting, she also enjoys walking and digital creation.

History:   A retired physics teacher she acquired her first digital camera in 1994 along with a copy of Photoshop 4.0 and has never looked back.  She joined a camera club in 2009 and discovered the external photographic competition world in 2015. Her passion for photography is enhanced by the ability to be creative with her images.

What Lynda has to say:  My photographic interests are wide and varied but my inspiration comes, mostly, from the beauty and diversity of the natural world however I do like the challenge of photographing many diverse subjects. In general my main photographic interest is wildlife but I also enjoy using creative lenses to capture the natural world in a more abstract way.
