Plas Teg
On Saturday a group of us attended a photo shoot at Plas Teg Pontblyddyn Clwyd.PlasTeg is a recently restored Jacobean mansion of unique architectural significance,described by the Times newspaper as”A fascinating experience ” and it certainly was!. Inside was packed with a treasure of important antique furniture and textiles, whilst the exterior provided the perfect backdrop for photography. Thanks to all the models who attended and particularly Mandy for organising. We made an interesting discovery too…Robert is a b belt photobomber !
Black Country Museum
As part of the FIAP Clubs’ World Cup Presentations Smethwick Photographic Society arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum before the Award Presentation

FIAP Clubs’ World Cup Presentation
The FIAP Clubs’ World Cup Presentation took place at Smethwick Photographic Society on April 29th.
Ed is here collecting the Maurice Dorikens Trophy for the most successful club for the past five years.
Wigan 10 came 6th in the competition and received two individual awards, a Bronze Medal to Ed and a Highly Commended to Phil.
As part of this celebration Smethwick arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum before the presentation.
